It would be great to be able to change the recording control levels
How do you think this should be handled?
I thought about just listing all the lines for playback and recording but then how would you know which-was-which. I guess I would have a check box to select the line as opposed to the mute button. Or it could be listed in the line level. i.e. Wave (Rec)
Another option would be to allow the panel to display only playback or recording. Then you add two panels.

Two minor problems...using WinXP 64bit
If not to much trouble could you post the paths to both the system volume control and sound control panel.
In my option the easiest way to get this information is as follows:
-Download
ProcessExplorer-Open
ProcessExplorer and click the Process header until it is a nested view.
-Open both the Win64 system
volume control and
sound control panel.
-Look for both processes, double-click on each and post here the "
Command line"
On Win XP/9x the sound control panel is handled by rundll32.exe in you case you need to look for rundll64.exe, but I really have no idea what Win64 uses to control cpl files or if it uses them at all. Good luck.
